it’s not what you say , it’s how you say it.

Psychological preparation before you make the call.

First words to talk

• Sir. With you (your name) (your position) of the Company (Company name).

• Is it possible to get a few minutes of your time?

Must happen before the call

• Prepare yourself well , organize your ideas

Things must happen during a call

Greeting by time call

Speak politely and quiet voice.

You must be honest.

Always listen first

Take notes during the call

To reach maximum benefit in the shortest possible time.

• Operator :ok , but can I know the reason for calling

• You : I want to give him an offer from faculty of commerce

• Operator : (he may say ok or ) about what ?

• You :sponsorship offer from faculty of commerce , Cairo university

• When you reach the manger you will ask him for appointment to show him the offer ,he might ask you to send the offer via (mail ) . You will try to explain it to come and introduce it to him

• IF he said no send it first no send it after you explain some of the benefits (which might be interesting for this company ) and brief description , then call him after few days to make sure he read it and try to make new appointment
