Exploring the idea of the degree of scoutmaster
in relation to their own personal development and reaching maturity
and mastership

how to make choices, to make decisions,

their opinions
Develop a sense of responsibility for the entire
scouting and guiding organization and movement
SCOUTMASTER TRAINING
During the course, participants need to write and essay, related to values of scouting and guiding.
They also need to read some good literature within various scope – from economy to books about scouting and guiding
Participants come from all regions. There are ca. 24 participants in each course
The course last for around 4 - 5 months.
The program of the course includes three meetings (weekends) and intensive work between the meetings.
In performing the course, the Scout Method is extensively used.
