How to get text notificationsFor Troy High School Baseball

You will have to sign up for text notifications. During the season there will be important information that needs to get out. If a game is rained out or delayed or whatever and you aren’tat your computer, you will receive a text so you will have that information once I receive it. So if you’re on your way out and the game is canceled or important info needs to get out, you can be assured you will get it both in an email and text. With last years’ wonderful weather, this alert system was needed. This year it has become available.

Below is the step by step directions, with screen shots, to sign up for text alerts for Troy High School baseball. There are 8 steps, very painless and you’ll get through it very quickly. If you have any questions feel free to contact me. You can “opt out” at any time.

Directions to Sign up below

Step 1

Go to the Troy High School baseball website: www.troyhighschoolbaseball.com

On the opening page, scroll down and on the left hand side of the page in the menu section, you will see, just under the visitor counter “MyleagueLineup”

For first time users and to sign up click on the “Signup” button”

Step 2

Fill out the MyLeagueLineup Account informationMake sure you check the “Terms of Use”Click Register

Step 3

You then get this screen:

Go check your email (check SPAM folder also just in case!)

Step 4

The email will be from: support@leaguelineup.comSubject line: My LeagueLineup Email VerificationClick on verification link (blue highlighted letters starting with http:// )

Step 5

You will be taken to the screen below once you click on the verification link from your email.Type in your password and click “Sign In”

Step 6

You are now “logged in” and you will be taken to the opening page again of the Troy High School Baseball web site. Again, scroll down and under the Visitor Counter click “Get Text Alerts”.

Step 7

Here’s the screen you will get, click on the “Sign me Up” button.

Step 8

Type in you phone number with area code (10 digits)Then select your carrier from the drop down menu.Then click “Send Validation Code”You will receive a validation code text to you phone;

You should then be all set up to get text alerts!

You can “opt out” at any time.
