Login Screen- enter username and password

Search Customer ( Search>Ordering>Assigned Products– here you need to know the MSISDN (his /her old number that is doing sim swop for)

Type in the customer’s MSISDN under service ID field, if you know the system customer ID number you can also type it in under customer ID field

Click Wireless to view the current assigned products for the customer

Therefore click Action , Ordering , then change

Click Next on update order screen

Only the new SIM card number need to be entered, all the other fields will be populated then click on next

This is a summary Screen of your assigned products – if happy with your changes you can click submit order

This will be your order number for your Sim Swop, can copy the order number and paste on the search orders to see if the order is successfully or not

Search the order to see if it was successfully or not. Click on >search>Ordering>Orders

Paste the order number copied earlier and un-tick pending and click search now

You can see the order status- if closed order is complete and if not successful it will remain open
