Practice speaking NOT reading.
Make a balance between reason and emotion. Be reaand calm so that you can attract to the reason of whom you wish to persuade.
Sometimes we need to be emotional to move people.
Try not to read your speech text, but speak with theaudience as you would speak with close friends.
