How to add an image into a sidebar on Wordpress

How to display a picture in the
sidebar of your Wordpress MU
blog.
Step 1Start a post and upload a
picture. Make sure the picture is the correct size to
display properly
Step 2From the Dashboard menu click on Manage, then Uploads. Click
on the image you want to display and copy the link
Step 3From the Dashboard, click on Presentation, then Sidebar Widgets. Drag and drop a Text
Widget into the sidebar. Click on the configure button on
the text widget
Step 4In the box type html code as follows:
<img src=“link”>
Note: link is the link you have copied from the Upload Manager. Don’t forget the quote marks.
Step 5Click on Save Changes then
