InspireBeats.com$20 million+ Leads Generated

$2 million in Sales

I just hired a Sales Development Rep to do outreach and marketing

Kid is a true hustler

Actually, everyone on the InspireBeats team is boss

Why is that?

We put every hire through tests before hiring

Here we go..

3 Tests to Put Your Sales Hires Through Before Hiring

Them

1. Close inbound deals

When I first joined the InspireBeats team

I was running a content marketing company

Wilson (founder of InspireBeats) sent me inbound leads as a test

I closed 3 within an hour

And kept closing….. to this day

If your rep can close a lead on Day 1 on a brand new product

That’s pretty much god level

Next up..

What if you don’t have a bunch of extra inbound leads?

2. Outreach

Have them build a list and cold email prospects

Teach them a bit about what to do

Teach them a bit about what to do

And have them send 100 emails in a day

They can pass the appointments back to you to close

Again, the goal is to minimize the time spent training and vet hustlers

If all else fails..

3. Writing content explaining a failure

What if they fail the test?

Remember that awesome hire I talked about?

He actually FAILED the outreach test horribly

But he wrote a blog post about the failure

He detailed exactly what he did wrong

And we hired him that day

After making him write one more cold email ;)

To recap...

3 tests to put you sales hires through before hiring them:

1. Close inbound leads2. Outreach

3. Document a failure

Any Questions?
