• To provide supported employment for 6 students in their final year at Pennine

• To provide continued support for new employees in their home area by working with other agencies

A C EProgramme Objectives

• To gain real work for the students in their local community (getting the job).

• To coordinate the support of other agencies to help students keep their employment (keeping the job).

A C EIn the Pennine ACE Programme• The students are placed with a local

employer. Relevant training for that job becomes part of the programme.

• Successful students receive ongoing support as they move from student to employee status.
