INVITATIONS• Cut yellow paper into stars and write the party details
with a blue marker
BEVERAGE IDEAS• Grape juice• Peter Punch: blue fruit punch, pineapple juice, and
lemon-lime soda• Garnish with star-shaped ice cubes and add purple,
blue, or yellow straws
FOOD IDEAS• Crackers and mini bagels with blueberry cream cheese• Jelly sandwiches cut into geometric shapes like triangles
and squares or stars• Fruit medley featuring blueberries• Space snack: cereal mixture made of round and star
shapes (for example, Cheerios and Puffs)
DESSERT IDEAS• Cupcakes with blue, yellow, or purple frosting and
star-shaped sprinkles• Cookies cut into geometric shapes like triangles and
squares or stars• Cake pops with blue frosting and yellow stars• Decorate treats with edible glitter, if available!• Out-of-this-world candy like Milky Ways and Mars bars
DECORATIONS• Glow-in-the-dark stars on the ceiling• Oversized building blocks made out of cardboard and
painted bright colors• White, blue, and purple lights• Crepe paper in blue, purple, and yellow• Paper “globes” representing planets hanging from
the ceiling
GAMES AND ACTIVITIES• Build the tallest tower: Provide blocks and building toys
and see who can build the tallest tower, just like Peter!• Make jet packs: Glue together 2-liter bottles and paint gray
or silver. Add tissue paper flames where the bottles open. Turn upside-down so the flames are toward the ground, and attach string or rope to wear around your shoulders.

• Story time with space and adventure books, like Peterrific!
