A white bedroom is like awhite canvas. You can fill it with colors oryou can add just a fewelements and you'll be surethat those elements will popout, because white is also theperfect background, no matterwhat.
White pairs well with bothcontrast and graduality and itmatches with its opposite:black.Opposites attract.

White color has alwayshad beautifulmeanings: innocence, holiness, relax, peace. An all white bedroomcan easily turn into theperfect place to rest.
Nowadays white's alsoassociated to"minimalism" (togheterwith black), because itindicates the absenceof color itself.
Tips and tricks:an outstanding color isa great way to avoidmonotony who mightturn a relaxing placeinto "boring".A plant, for example, can be the perfectsolution.(see next page)
Christmas
There is no doubt: Christmas reallyis the best time of the year.As we get to reunite friends andfamily, we want to celebrate withthem and create the perfectatmosphere.
Those of you who read my blogalready know that this year I fell inlove with the "Moments" cataloguefrom the Danish brand "HouseDoctor".
Not only because of theirproducts, but for the entirescenario they created and theatmosphere they gave to it.I really wanted to share some ofthose photos with you, for it is aperfect example of organic, minimal and warm décor.
Decorating withorganics elements isreally simple andunexpensive. To get those pinebranches (photo on theleft) you can take a walkto the nearest park or, ifthe tree doesn't grow inyour country, a floristwill definately sell them.
Small wooden logs arereally romantic too, butif you want to get evenmore crafty, try a simpleplywood christmas treeDIY (photo on top).Click on the clip to getto thethemerrythought.comtutorial!

The festive table doesn't needa baroque décor, here youcan see how just a tiny branchon the table and one on aplate already give a specialtouch, plus, of course, somecandles and some ballornaments give the finaltouch (photo on the left).
The pine branch on the tablecan also be used as a placecard by just adding a littlewhite piece of paper rolled asa scroll with the guest namewritten on.
My mom is a very cunningand crafty woman: every yearshe go picking up somebranches when she comesback from work and she
manages to create a garlandfor our frontdoor...but whenshe doesn't find what shewants, she uses somerosemary branches instead, because it grows in our gardenduring all the year.I can garantee you that italmost looks like pinebranches, but of course it ismore suitable outdoor thanindoor, because of itscharacteristic scent.Well, I hope you found somegood suggestions!
