Alloys11000 For copper brazing of carbon steels, mild and high alloyed
steels, stainless steels in belt or vacuum furnaces.
11200 Used for brazing of hard metals in furnace or with induction under inert atmosphere.
11310 Good gap filling properties.
12000 Bronze alloys vith different grades of tin content, good gap filling properties and lower melting temperatures.
Paste TypesVarious paste types has been developed for different applications, furnace atmospheres and brazing characteristics. ForteBraze paste do not leave residues, do not spatter and have high adhesion characteristics.
GF series Copper paste with gas atomised copper powder. Good fillet forming properties gives better appearance of joint. Used in cracked natural gas or propane, H2/N2 atmosphere furnaces.
SF series Economical copper paste with water atomised copper powder. Used in cracked natural gas or propane, H2/N2
atmosphere furnaces.
MF series Copper paste for vacuum or pureH2 atmosphere furnace applications.

Alloys9001 Used for high strength and heat resistant joints, for highly stressed sheet metal structures,
and components.
9001A Similar to 9001 composition with low carbon content
9002 General-purpose filler metal with a relatively low brazing temperature.
9003 Chromium-free, relatively fluid filler metal.
9004 Similar to 9003, used for forming large, more ductile fillets and when fairly large gaps are present.
9005 Used for high strength and oxidation resistant joints for elevated temperature service.
9006 Free flowing alloy that can be used with most nickel and iron base metals, with minimum amount of erosion, and low chromium steels in exothermic atmospheres.
9007 Eutectic composition with extended flow properties at higher brazing temperatures. Used for the brazing of honeycomb structures, thin walled tube assemblies
9008 Filler metal for brazing very thin sections. Low interaction with parent metals and diffuse unlikely.
9009 Boron and chromium containing eutectic alloy with specialized uses primarily in aerospace applications.
9010 High chromium, boron-free alloy.
BindersBinders have been developed for different application technologies.
Dispensing For automatic or manual dosing.
Screen Printing Binder developed for automated screen printing paste application.
Spraying Thin layer of paste applied with spray air gun.
Roller Coating Paste is applied on fins or structured plates by roller coating
Transfer Tape Uniform layer of cast braze alloy and a binder wound in rolls with adhesive apllied one side.
