Team Challenges
General issues: • Teenagers have different preferences, difficult to please
everyoneProject Issues:• Too Many cooks
– Initial team (Lyceum, Elliance, Claire) + Olivia (current project manager)
• Different Time line– ETC is Jan to May (quarter semester, mid semester…)– Others is Jan to Dec– A lot of extra ideas that cannot be implemented immediately
Team ChallengesProject Issues:• Communication problem
– ETC is creative and technology oriented– Others have difficulty visualizing what we mean by (3D)– Worry about how user “navigate through the site”
• Project scope was not define until recently– Client wants to finish the whole site by May– Realize project scale is large, and agreed to create demo in
early Feb
• High expectations, project existed for 2 years already• Suzanne needs to present to her board from Heinz
