The Human Body

• Your body is very special.

• We need to look after our bodies to stay healthy.

How do I look after my heart and lungs?

By doing exercise regularly (30 to 60 minutes, on most days of the week):

• our hearts get fitter and bigger - better at pumping blood and not needing to work so hard or fast.

• We will feel healthier.

We also need to eat

healthily!

Thank you for listening!

• Any questions?
