• In business, we do it backward

– We release Endhorphins to mask physical pain, and it feels good

• D (Endorphins ~ An Incentive for progress)

– We feel good when we find something we’re looking for or do something that needs to get done (but it dangerous~)

• S (Serotonin ~The Leadership Chemical)

– Feeling of Pride.

The more respect and recognition we receive, the higher status in our group and the more incentives we have to continue to give to the group

• O (Oxytocin ~ Chemical of Love)

– Feeling of Friendship, Love, and Deep Trust.

It is the feeling we get when we do something nice for someone or someone does something nice for us.

Oxytocin also released with physical contact.
