GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Safety features
* Overflow valve with two pressureswitches
The overflow valve opens when thewater quantity at the pump head isreduced and some of the waterflows back to the pump‘s suctioninlet. If the handgun is closed thuscausing all the water to return to thepump suction end, the pressureswitch at the overflow valve shuts offthe pump.Reopening the handgun causes thepressure switch at the cylinder headto switch the pump back on again. The overflow valve is set at thefactory and lead-sealed. Adjustmentcan only be made by After-SalesService.
* Safety valveThe safety valve opens if theoverflow valve or pressure switch isdefective. The safety valve is set atthe factory and sealed. Adjustmentcan only be made by After-SalesService.
* Low water protectionThe low water protection stops theburner being switched on in theevent of a lack of water. A strainerstops the protection feature
becoming dirty and requires regularcleaning.
* Motor protection switchThe motor protection switchinterrupts the circuit shouldoverloading occur.
