Parsvnath Infra Limited (PIL) is promoted by Parsvnath Developers Ltd (PDL) as its subsidiary Company in 2006 to carry out activities to develop and operate Special Economic Zones (SEZ). Parsvnath Infra Limited proposes to develop 4 Special Economic Zones (SEZs) in 4 states of India covering an area of over 278.55 hectares (688.30 acres) in the next 5 to 7 years. The 4 SEZs covers, 2 for IT/ITeS, 1 Pharma and 1 Biotechnology i.e. 3 sectors in all. PIL proposes to develop each SEZ as state-of-the-art facilities in each sector.
