Orders Need to be Placed within 2 Weeks of Proof Pick-Up

Payment Payment of the balance of your order is due when it is

placed. You may also choose to pay half the balance atthe time of your order, and the rest on delivery of

your portraits. Your order will not be started until yourpayment has been received. For your convenience,

Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express cardsare accepted.

DeliveryYour finished portraits will be ready in about twoweeks. When you order, we can set a time for

you to pick up your order. You will alsoreceive a telephone call or post card reminder

when your order is ready. NO part of theorder can be picked up until the order has

been paid in full. We will not be responsible fororders left at the studio more than 30 days

past notification.

ReordersAs a courtesy, reprints will be available for 90 days

if you find you need additional images after you pickup your portraits. After 90 days there will be a double reorder fee, so it is important to order

everything you need at you original order. Reordersmust be paid in full at time of ordering.
