•Submityourabstractfollowingthetemplatefoundhere;

•Thescientificcommitteewillreviewtheabstracts.Ifyourabstractisaccepted,you

willbecontacted;

•Theprintedfinaldimensionsofthepostershouldbe90cmwx100cmh;

•Thenameofthepresentingauthorshouldbeunderlined;

•ThepostersmustbepreparedinEnglish;

• Thepresentingauthormuststandnext tohisposterduring theentireposter

sessions(duringcoffee-breaks(15minutes)andlunchtime(1hour).

• Weaskyou to state inyourabstract submissionemailwhetheryouprefer to

participateinA)anoralpresentationorB)apôster;

•Thescientificcommitteewillreviewtheabstracts,andonly8willbeselectedfor

oralpresentation.Ifyourabstractisacceptedbutnotselectedfororalpresentation,you

willbepresentingasposterformat;

•Toensurethatyourpresentationisdisplayedcorrectly,theauthorswillhave15

minutesfororalpresentation,followedby5minutesofdiscussion.Pleasenotethatthe

organizingcommitteewillinterruptthepresentationincaseitexceedsthetimelimit;

•TheoralpresentationsmustbeinEnglish,andtheslideshowmustbeinEnglish;

•Slidesmustbepreparedinpptxorpdfformats.

•Theconferenceroomfororalpresentationswillbeequippedwithcomputerand

slide projector. Presentersmust arrive 10minutes previous to the beginning of the

sessiontouploadtheirpresentations.
