Booth Sale Recorder—Record Booth Sale

Recording booths is simpler than ever. You can do it from 2 locations in eBudde. Either way will get you to the same location.

From the Girl Order tab

From the troop booth site tab, Record Sales

Then select the girls that participated in the booth Sale with the check mark next to their name. Uncheck if the girl did not participate.

Click Distribute, cookie packages and money will be distributed to the girls. You can edit if needed. After all changes are made, click Submit Sale.

Booth Sale Recorder—Record Booth Sale

Enter the total number of packages that were sold at the booth sale. Remember to separate Core cookies from specialty cookies.

The booth sale and the money for the cookies, are both posted on the girl order tab.

and adult.

We will then mail you a box of supplies

for the girls listed that will include all the

supplies needed for the craft project held

within the rally along with a snack per

person. Rally patches included!

We ask that the SU supply beverages or

ask their guests to bring their own

beverage along with them.

How to Handle Money: ACH AdjustmentACH

• Troop cannot meet its financial obligation on the

scheduled sweep date.

• ACH Adjustment Form Due

o Sweep 1 - February 25

o Sweep 2 - March 26

• Forms received after the due date will not be accepted.

How to Handle Money: Individual CollectionACH

• Submit an IC form, if unsuccessful collecting from

parent.

• Do not pay a girl’s debt from troop proceeds.

• Additional cookies should not be given to a girl that

has an outstanding balance for her initial order.

How to Handle Money: Returned ChecksACH

• Troops will be reimbursed for customer NSF check

charges only.

• Bank charges to the troop due to lack of funds in the

troop account will not be refunded.

• Returned Check Fee Reimbursement Form due within

7 days of receipt.

How to Handle Money: eBudde AccessACH

• Troop and all of their authorized eBudde users will be locked out (or remain locked out) of eBudde after first sweep if:

1. They have not submitted their banking information.

2. They have a return NSF in the first sweep.

3. Their sweep is returned because of invalid account information.

Troops and all of their authorized eBudde users will be reinstated in eBudde if they make a payment or a follow up sweep 2 weeks later is successful.

How to Handle Money: Collection IssuesACH

• Do not pay a girl’s debt from troop proceeds.

• Submit an Individual Collection (IC) Form for girl

delinquencies.

• Consequences for troops with bad debt.

o Council makes 3 attempts to contact TCM

o TCM sent to collections and released from position

o GSGCNWI reserves the right to prosecute
