A Message from the Director Every year, it seems as though winter sneaks up on us. During the fall we aremesmerized by the bright‐colored leaves and natural beauty around us andforget it won’t be long before they are replaced with white fluffy snowflakesand colder temperatures. For many, winter is a time to recharge and restore aswe prepare for the holiday season. Give yourself permission to relax andenjoy the beauty around us!
The snow will be on the ground before we know it and Winter Programregistrations will be open. We currently are planning for the 98th AnnualWinter Carnival, on January 31st ‐ February 2, 2020. We are excited toannounce this year’s theme: “There’s Snow Place Like Home!” Allow yourcreativity to flow with original ideas for entries into the Parade of Lights orCardboard Sled Contest. Start stocking up on those holiday lights now. Be sureto check out our downtown ice sculptures and vote for your favorite on theTown Common!
Follow Greenfield Recreation on Facebook and Twitter for the latesthappenings. Tag us in programs, events and pictures or #GreenfieldRec#GreenfieldParks #WinterCarnival
Wishing you health and happiness during the Holiday Season!
