BALANCE This is an example of balance because

the balls in the mask and the mask itself is symmetrical.

COLOR I chose this picture because there is a

green ball in the middle of white balls.

RULE OF THIRDS I chose this picture because the ball is

off centered in the mitt.

EXTREME CLOSE-UP I chose this picture because it shows

the different strands of tape.

SIMPLICITY I chose this shot because it is simple

just a plate.

EDITING TECHNIQUES I chose this technique because it looks

like the plate is dirty from a slide and the batting gloves are on the edge.

LINE I chose this photo because the balls

make a line across the plate. This is also where you are suppose to hit the baseball.

FRAMING I chose this shot because the bats

frame the plate and the plate frames the ball.

LIGHTINGThis is an example of lighting because you have the natural light on one side and the florescent light on the other side.

BLACK AND WHITE I chose to make it black and white

because the bat is tan and black so I thought that it would transfer to Black and white better.
