Inhaling slowly, raise both of your hands until they reach the chest sternum area.

Exhaling, very slowly rotate palms to face downward.

Lion’s Tail Qi Gong Position #3

Inhaling, slowly as you begin to raise both of your hands until hands are level with top of head.

Exhaling, raise hands until overhead.

Inhale slowly, lower arms to chest.

Exhale slowly, rotate palms to face upward.
