Sketch out what you already know about each chapter. (3 minutes / chapter – 30 minutes / book)

Questions – What do you want to know?(3 minutes / chapter – 30 minutes / book)– Vowel Questions: A,E,I,O,U– What Assumptions are made?– What Evidence is presented?– What Illustrations are found?– What Opinions are expressed?– What is Unique to the item expressed?

POWER READING – Step 5

Speed Read(15-20 seconds / page)– How we read – we vocalize in our heads on

each word.– Mind gets board– Look for key words

15-20 seconds / page; 8 minutes per chapter; 80 minutes per book.

WHAT ARE TEAMS?

People who possess individual characteristics & traits.

Group can take on a characteristic different from the individuals.

Common purpose – Common attitude – Unity – Social Control – Structure – Affiliation
