• How do you do when...?, Tell me what...? • Start with general question to build confidence

and get s the respondent to open up.• Create questions that makes the interviewee

formulate their own answers, no ready made alternatives.

• Create questions that research the topic, not possible solutions.

• Follow up each question with when, how why?• Keep it simple
