Traditional Repair Method
- Customers sign maintenance and repair contracts with the original vendors during the time of equipment purchase.
-Faulty Unit is collected from the field by the customer’s staff and sent to the original vendor for repair/replacement.
- Time Consuming Expensive Process with minimum customer interaction. No know-how transfer

Glotech Repair Process
A sample non-faulty unit from
each type of unit is provided to
CellTech by the customer for a
period of 1 week maximum
Maximum 3 weeks
2.When a faulty unit
is provided, i-v characteristics of faulty and non-faulty units are
compared
Electronic Hardware Repair Process
1.CellTech stores
the i-v characteristics of the non-faulty unit
and prepares a price quote
Overall process does not take longer than 3 weeks including transportation!

3.Faulty
components are identified and
replaced under full ESD protection.
