Since 1982. Giantek focused the business fields on the development of Chinese Computer System and became the first company to launch the Chinese Terminal and transferred this technology to the National Research Institute for dissemination to the other electronic computer firms, such as Acer and Mitac. Open the new age of personal computer system.

With experience in Chinese Terminals, Giantek also developed the first Chinese Generation Interface Card for Apple II and forPersonal Computer. Besides, we also developed Video-text card for government Telecommunication Bureau. Set Up the solid base of Full color Video sign Board technology.

In 1985, as market trend starts to point to the high-tech LED, Giantek gradually transferred its focus to the development of display products and display interface cards. Also Giantek expanded R&D Department to continue developing LED related products to meet the varied demand of world. With efforts for years in research and manufacturing, Giantek is confident to offer our best service to our customers.
