General information course 2.3: Radiotherapy
General information
This course consists of:
• 10 Lectures
• 1 Group assignment: decision aid
• Teaching clinic (in small groups, see course program)
• 1 Visit: MAASTRO clinic
• 2 Practicals: 1 laboratory & 1 physic (in groups, see course program)

• 25 students
• Language is English
• All parts of the program are mandatory, there will be a list of presence you have to sign
• Check ELEUM regularly

• If you have questions about the content don’t hesitate to ask
• Sheets are on ELEUM, print them before the lecture and keep notes
• Per subject there is background information on ELEUM, if it is not clear what to study, ask your TEACHER

Teaching clinic & practical lab:
• You need a white coat for the teaching clinic and practical lab training (see course program)!
• Teaching clinic: make sure you are properly dressed
General information
Final exam:• Tuesday 29th January there is a ‘question’-hour organized
• If you have questions mail them to Vivian Braeken, ultimately one week before the ‘question’-hour (vivian.braeken@maastro.nl).
Final mark:• Written examination 80%.
• Results of assignments 20%.

If you are not able to join one of the activities that are scheduled you
have to inform the TEACHER and COURSE COORDINATOR by
e-mail with the reason why you can’t come.
If you’re ABSENT for a practical, assignment or >20% of the lectures:
you must write a paper about the subject you missed.
