Major FindingsThere are few diversified packages to attract its customer.
Internet service is not satisfactory as the speed slows down.
The cash and deposit system is also traditional.
Yet in many branched, the automated clearing system is not used.
The loans and advance department takes a long time to process a loan because the process of sanctioning loan is done manually.
A significant portion of income of NBL is generating from foreign exchange operation.

Major Findings
Only 61 branches doing import, if NBL take AD license for all the branches then it will be more profitable organization.
All calculation and vouchers are made manually in foreign exchange department..
NBL has lack of work force in Foreign Exchange department.
Modern technology is not used to maintain documentation in this bank, yet they are using register based documents for opening L/C, which is time consuming.
