Men are predisposed to be more aggressive, possess better visual-spatial skills, possess greater upper-body strength…thus, making our ancestors better hunters

Women are predisposed to develop empathic and nurturing traits, helps them care for infants/children, which thus increased the chances that our species could survive.

Sociocultural TheorySociocultural Theory

Gender is learned taught by society.

Gender Differences: LoveGender Differences: Love

Gender stereotypes tells us that men are more ludic and avoidant lovers.

Stereotypes tell us that women are more romantic (eros) and anxious lovers.
