This course explores gender and the environment from an intersectionalperspective. Through case studies ranging from the local to the global scale, wewill discuss power, politics, identities, inequalities, social movements andecological crises. This interdisciplinary course is intended not only forenvironmentalists and feminists, but also for any student curious about theinterconnections between global environmental change and gender relations.
