traditional sweet ‘Churchkhela’- After the activities you will have feast with Georgian Dishes

and Wine- The private performance of polyphonic songs by a men’s group will supplement the feast even further.- You can buy bottled wines with personal label on it (it can be name, surname, company logo, self photo taken at place etc..)

We invite you to taste culinary masterpieces from all over the country and have the opportunity to cook these unique dishes yourself if you wish, under the guidance of expert chefs. Georgian cuisine has been influenced by both Eastern and European culinary traditions and is distinguished by a variety of dishes. There are dishes that are of Georgian origin and cannot be tasted in other parts of the world. The original Georgian cuisine is rich in walnut, pomegranate and vegetable pates and exquisite spices. There is much one can say about Georgia's delicious cuisine, wines and hospitality. Our sincere advice is – please, try it yourself in the most authentic way – it's worth experiencing!

On Georgian territory alone there are more than 350 birds species throughout the year. Besides three endemic species – the Caucasian Snow- cock (Tetraogallus caucasicus), the Caucasian Black Grouse (Tetrao mlokosiewiczi), and Phyllo- scopus lorenzii, – several other varieties of birds that are on the verge of extinction in Europe thrive and are relatively easily observable in Georgia.
