Organisers can create an account for each exhibitor within minutes. The system will send a username and password directly to them which the organiser will never come into contact with
Via the organiser screen, an email invitation template can be uploaded directly or can be built via the simple HTML builder tool. Multiple templates can be created for each event or for each exhibitor
The exhibitor can log into their account and fully personalise the email with their branding with a few simple steps. They can also add signatures and sender details
Through the ‘sync n send’ process, the exhibitor can upload their data and opt to merge the email content or leave it generic
With one click, the invitation is sent to the exhibitor data. The organiser will receive a confirmation that there has been a send-out and from which account. No other information will be shared with them
All bounce backs and duplicates will be removed from the exhibitors data file which can be downloaded by them providing a database cleaning service as part of the process
Responses to the invitation can confirm their attendance via your usual registration method with the benefit of pre-population of their data into your form. If the organiser don’t need their details – we can provide a simple response report with the total number of confirmations
The exhibitor has access to an analytics dashboard within their login area to track the performance of their invitation. This information is not shared with the organiser
