> In some scenario’s you will see how important information on your property is easily found while with others, information is not readily available, making the process more time consuming.

1. Shop Availability in the city traveling to (HOA).
2. Property Availability – complete list of the selected property rates (HOC).
3. Rules – ie: view of cancellation policy, or required ID for special rate (HOV).
4. Book (N1INSIDE or 01INSIDE) – instant confirmation.

> Negotiated rate access is one of the most critical elements of a corporate booking

Leisure Booking – key points to remember
> Current, accurate, and complete property descriptive information is critical (example: private bath info in DESC vs. ROOM keyword)
> Descriptive text needs to be in a format that is easily read to a consumer vs. paragraph format as in 2nd & 3rd examples
> Complete Pricing Plus functionality greatly simplifies the quoting and pricing process for travel agents
> Images are extremely important and facilitate the sell of hotels.
