Production Front Cover

Step 1 : I choose the image that I wanted on cover

Step 2 : I then selected my model’s silhouette, and opened it in a new layer, to be able to put in the foreground.

Step 3 : I created my masthead, by using a print screen of a font that I found on dafont.com, and produced a red frame. I put it on background.

Step 4 : I added a flash to catch the attention of my readers.

Step 5 : To use the centre of the cover, I thought that I should talk about the model, and told her name and a call out of her interview, to make people want to read more.

Step 6 : I added a barcode, a price, quite low as my target audience is young and so not have a lot of money. I also wrote down the other features in the magazines, as I had seen in the other cover magazines in my research.

Step 7 : The space on the left was not used, so I placed a special article, thinking that it could increase the interest of my potential audience.
