FreeFlow is a mobile screening and dewatering system with integrated water recycling.

Material

1 FreeFlow accepts material to the on-board EvoWash fines washing plant which effectively removes the -63 micron fraction and delivers two washed and dewatered products via integrated stockpile conveyors.

2 The waste water from the EvoWash is sent to the on-board AquaCycle thickener where the solids are separated from the water.

3 Water is recirculated while minimal waste is dewatered and stockpiled.

1 Reduce the requirement to transport small quantities of material to a central processing facility

2 Recycle materials on site for immediate re-use in road construction & other civil engineering applications

3 Eliminate the build-up of waste fines on site and convert them to a commercial product

FreeFlow is applied in the mobile washing of a wide range of materials including sand & gravel, crushed rock, crushed rock fines and construction & demolition waste which allows you to maximise in-situ material recovery and re-use.
