What Does This Prove?
� This quote was not only a cry out against injustice, but
an explanation for why the colonies were in such a poor
state. King George was preventing them from making
any headway by refusing to accept laws made in theinterest of the people. Clearly, the founding father¶s
focus was on the public¶s well being especially since the
last sentence was the very first in a long string of claims
against King George, in relation to his incapable ability to
rule over them, further suggesting that this was of the
utmost importance.
