Steps : 1. Login to NSDL site https://onlineservices.tin.nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp & click on Form 26QB 2. Enter all the details correctly. 3. Select “e-tax payment on subsequent date ( e-payment of taxes by visiting any of the Bank branches )”
under Mode of Payment 4. Click on “Proceed” Button 5. Take printout of the Acknowledgment slip and fill the above details, submit at Kotak Bank Branch.

1. This is only a tax payment request form and can not be construed as or substituted for statutory challans. 2. Cut off time: All requests received upto 4:30 PM, shall be processed only on the next working day. For all tax types having a last date for making payment, kindly submit your request one day prior to the last date, to avoid late payment charges as may be applicable by the respective Tax department. 3. Charges: This service is provided to our customers at a nominal charge of Rs 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) per Tax Payment Request Form. (Service tax & education cess as applicable shall be charged extra) 4. Issue of Challan Counterfoils: It shall be emailed to your email address mentioned in this form. If email address is not provided then the counterfoil shall have to be collected from the branch after 3 working days. 5. The Tax Payment Request Form has to be duly signed & stamped by all authorized signatories to the account, as per the Mode of Operation on the account. No requests shall be executed even if a single signatory to the account has not signed & stamped the form. 6. This request shall be processed subject to availablity of sufficient funds in the account to be debited only. 7. The onus of providing correct & complete information/ details like account no., total amount to be debited, amounts to be debited under each challan no., tax type, tax applicable & type of payment, PAN no. (as applicable), tax deduction account no. etc., solely lies with the customers & any errors/ losses/ penalties/ late payment fees/ delay payment charges etc. due to late payment or non-payment of customer’s tax arising out of such errors caused due to providing incorrect/ incomplete information/ details, shall be customer’s sole responsibility. Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. shall not be held liable in any such cases. Undertaking: I/we have understood & agree to the terms & conditions mentioned above. I/we further authorize Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. to debit my/our account with the Bank towards the charges for Online Tax Payment Service.
