The Entrance to the Coors

Fitness Center where

students and members go

to either workout,

play basketball, foot hockey or any of the other classes

and sports that the Center offers.

Junior Chayce

Duncan and sophomore

Coors Fitness Center.

Here Duncan and Huning work

on scissor kicks for

their lower abs.

Duncan and Huningtry to go to the gym

five-six times a week.

Senior Nick

Pisciottais a

student who tries to get to the gym as much

as he can, but

struggles to find

free time with

balancing work and

school.

Duncan and Huning leave with Nick Miscioscia, a junior, after what

Duncan refers to as a grueling workout after a snow day in which he rested his

muscles.

The south exit to the Ritchie Center which houses the Coors

Fitness Center.

Outside the Coors Fitness Center

there are different ways to stay fit. Brett Evans, a

graduate student, does Cross Fit,

which is a workout that involves many circuits with heavy lifting. Evans does

Cross Fit on Colorado Blvd.

Alex Payne, the creator of this

slideshow does sit-ups outside the Coors Fitness

Center

Gabe Morgione, a senior, plays

inline hockey to stay in shape.

Morgione is the assistant captain of the Club Inline

Hockey team.

Evans uses his roommate’s bicycle to get

cardio work in to complete his

workout.

At the end of workouts products such as these help muscles to refuel.

Whey protein helps muscle recovery, while

green tea pills help control weight gain

and/or loss.
