Low Interest Rate Loans with Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Grants • 30-year fixed interest rate mortgage loan • Down payment grant received can be up to

5% of the loan amount • Down payment is a gift and never needs to

Mortgage Credit Certificates • Get up to $2,000 every year as a special tax credit on

your federal income tax • Only for first-time buyers or those who have not

owned a home in the last 3 years • Can be combined with TSAHC’s down payment grant • Save thousands of dollars over the life of the loan
