The Scenario

BI Manager pulls a report the reveals the sales numbers for a

certain territory. She sees that the numbers are incredibly low.

She calls or emails the Sales Manager for answers.

Sales Manager responds the next and refers her to the

Territory Manager.

Territory Manager can’t respond for several days. The report

needs to be submitted to the Executive Team the following day.

The report is submitted with “correct” data, but an alert that the

territory is underperforming.
