Islam Gives the woman the right to inherit
God (thus) directs you as regards your
Children's (Inheritance): to the male, a
portion equal to that of two females: if
only daughters, two or more, their
share is two-thirds of the inheritance…”

Please note that:
(1) in some cases woman inherits
half a man inherits.
In other cases her share is as equal
as man.
In other cases she inherits more
than a man inherits.

Muslims can’t change the Divine laws
Needless to say Muslims must follow all the commandments of Allah (SWT)
as Allah the Almighty says, "It is not for
a believer, man or woman, when Allah
and His Messenger have decreed a
matter that they should have any
opinion in their decision." [Quran 33:36]

The Islamic Law is highly praised
The leading British university Professor
Almaric Rumsey from Kings College in
London, England says: “The e Muslim
law of inheritance comprises beyond
question the most refined and elaborate
set of rules for the devolution of property
that is known to the western world.”

The Female’s inheritance in the Bible
In the Bible the daughter only inherits
when no sons exist. Also, the oldest
son inherits double the younger son’s,
This is shown in Numbers 27

8 If a man dies and leaves no son, turn his
inheritance over to his daughter.
9 If he has no daughter, give his inheritance
to his brothers. 10 If he has no brothers,
give his inheritance to his father's brothers.
11 If his father had no brothers, give his
inheritance to the nearest relative in his
clan. Numbers 27

Deuteronomy 21 to Con .
16 when he wills his property to his
sons, he must not give the rights of the
firstborn to the son of the wife he loves
in preference to his actual firstborn, the

The Biblical attitude Criticized
The Biblical attitude has been succinctly
described by Rabbi Epstein: "The
continuous and unbroken tradition
since the Biblical days gives the female
members of the household, wife and
daughters, no right of succession to the
family estate

The Biblical attitude Criticized
In the more primitive scheme of
succession, the female members of
the family were considered part of
the estate and as remote from the
legal personality of an heir as the slave.

Females are inherited:
Rabbi Epstein says : "They are owned --
before marriage, by the father; after
marriage, by the husband“.
Also remember, according to the Bible,
a father can sell his daughters.

Conclusion:
It is quite clear that in Islam, the man is
responsible for the women of his
immediate family. Also, the parents of
the deceased, his wife and children all
inherit.

Conclusion Cont:
In the Bible, the widow and the
deceased parents inherit nothing as
long as children exist. And if sons exist,
then daughters inherit nothing. And
the oldest son gets double the younger
son.
