Two weeks ago I
received an e-mail from
my aunt, who lives in
Brazil, with the following
title: Sweep upif
needed (Tire o p.....se
precisar). The e-mailhad numerous
paragraphs that talked
about different aspects of
life (such as work,
friends, family,
commitments, you name
it) and how to balance all
these with house
cleaning (I can see you
smiling right now). All the
paragraphs geared
towards how life is short
and how life should be
enjoyed (who needs to
clean you may ask); and
all of them ended the
same way Sweep upif
needed. As I read
through the e-mail, I felt
as if I was immersed in it.

My life was being portrayed
right in front of me. All the
choices I have to make
Our lives could be definedby one word: multitasking. The Merriam-WebstersDictionary defines
multitaskingas the abilityto do several things at thesame time. How well wecan do several things at thesame time? The answer iswe cant. We can chooseto do several things butnever do them well or neverfinish them. We have tochoose. If we prioritize, wecan do some things verywell and, the best part, befulfilled. I have learned this
lesson a long time ago.
The word of the day is toprioritize.
You, beloved Members, have been my priority forthe past year and Imfulfilled.
Now lets take care of somebusiness
