NEW TEACHERS SUPPORTSupporting new teachers is critical:

According to Education Week and the National Commission on Teaching and America’s Future, trends show that 40 to 50% of teachers leave the profession within their first 4 or 5 years of teaching.

Data also shows that with good coaching, new teachers are more significantly likely to stay in the profession.

It may be the teacher’s first year of delivering content, but it is the students’ only year to learn that content.
