This is an order form for plated breakfast. Please complete this form and return to your dedicated Experience Manager no later than 21 days prior to move-in day of the event.
All forms are to be completed by the signatory of the licensing agreement. To change authorised personnel for submissions, please complete AP-001 Change in Authorised Personnel Permit.
• Upon submission of this form, Suntec Singapore will issue a contract for endorsement.
• Invoices will be issued upon receipt of signed contract.
• Pre-payment is required for all orders.
• Orders will only be confirmed once a signed contract has been returned and payment has been made.
• Order forms are applicable for pre-orders only. Submission of pre-orders should follow the stipulated timeline.
• Minimum order for plated breakfast is 50 pax, per menu, per sitting, per day.
• All menus are no pork / no lard. Halal menus can be arranged upon request.• F&B items will be made available and set in accordance to the date/time provided within this form. The time
provided in this form should be the service time – please do not buffer a setup time.
• Suntec Singapore reserves the right to revise the indicative prices and menu items without any prior notice given.
• All confirmed orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• All prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.

The table below is an overview of logistical inclusions:
Inclusions: American, Continental, International & Local Plated Breakfast Furniture BANQUET SETUP: Round tables and chairs are provided for the number of guests (maximum 10% buffer)
F&B SETUP: Food will be individually plated and served to the table.
Crockery & Glassware
Banquet tables will be provided with a place setting for each guest and consists of a water goblet, side plate, coffee cup and the required cutlery.
Linen Selection of either ivory or black linen is available for banquet round tables. White linen napkins will be provided for each guest. Black or ivory chair covers can be purchased at $5.00+ per chair, for orders see [OF-024 Furniture & Linen Rental Order Form].
Floral Complimentary artificial sunflower pots for reception and banquet tables. Fresh floral options can be arranged at an additional charge, for orders see [OF-023 Floral Order Form].
Room Rental Included in menu price.
Service Time Between 0730hrs – 0930hrs.
Menu Tasting Menu tasting can be arranged on a chargeable basis at the prevailing menu price per person. Each menu tasting is subject to a minimum of 10 pax, per menu.
Beverage Freshly brewed coffee & tea and selection of chilled fruit juices is included for each menu, for additional beverage options see [OF-004 Beverage Order Form].
VIP Services Additional VIP service can be arranged at $35.00++ per person, minimum 10 persons. For other VIP services, click here.
