FABRIC AND GARMENTS PROJECT

Made By:Bharat Sikri Sparsh Bansal

SPREADING MACHINES1.Automatic spreading machine

with cradle feed

Fast roll change.Fabric threading and rewinding functions.

Simple and effective tension control.

Modular design, compatible with the Delta series kits for maximum flexibility.

2.Programmable turntable fabric spreading machine

Ultra fast roll chan ge.Automatic threading system.Realtime tension control.Irregular spread programming: dimensions, quantities, sizes and fabrics.

Microprocessor controlled. Can be connected to LCS (Laying Control System) for total cutting room management and control.

Programmable from a PC.

3.Tabular Spreading machine

CUTTING MACHINES1.Servo assisted cutting system

This consists of straight knife cutting machine on an articulated arm at the side of the cutting table.

This system has a servo driver which enables the cutting machine to be moved easily in all directions while maintaining the right angle between the blade and the table

2.Press cutting(hydraulic swing arm press)

The process involves the use of hydraulic press which forces the shaped metal cutting through a pile of material and is mostly used when large quantities of small components have to be cut very accurately

Press cutting is also often used for cutting many of the components for leather and suede garments

3.Laser cutting machine

Laser cutting is a technology that uses a laser to cut materials, and is typically used for industrial manufacturing applications, but is also starting to be used by schools, small businesses, and hobbyists.

Laser cutting works by directing the output of a high-power laser, by computer, at the material to be cut.

The material then either melts, burns, vaporizes away, or is blown away by a jet of gas, leaving an edge with a high-quality surface finish.

Industrial laser cutters are used to cut flat-sheet material as well as structural and piping materials

4.Plasma torch cutting machine

Plasma cutting is a process that is used to cut steel and other metals of different thicknesses (or sometimes other materials) using a plasma torch.

In this process, an inert gas (in some units, compressed air) is blown at high speed out of a nozzle; at the same time an electrical arc is formed through that gas from the nozzle to the surface being cut, turning some of that gas to plasma.

The plasma is sufficiently hot to melt the metal being cut and moves sufficiently fast to blow molten metal away from the cut.

5.Ultrasonic cutting machine

Ultra-Cutter Ultrasonic Cutting Systems are designed to cut textiles thermoplastic films, rubber woven and non-woven fabrics. Ultrasonic Cutting Systems can be operated as hand-held units or incorporated into automated machinery

Solid, one-piece construction of horn blade virtually eliminates breakage and energy loss

Minimal blade flexure yields straighter cuts without having to support the blade

Compatible with Dukane ultrasonic probe systems

Available in 20, 30 or 40 kHz frequencies

6.Waterjet cutting machine

A water jet cutter, also known as a water jet or waterjet, is an industrial tool capable of cutting a wide variety of materials using a very high-pressure jet of water, or a mixture of water and an abrasive substance.

The term abrasivejetrefers specifically to the use of a mixture of water and abrasive to cut hard materials such as metal or granite, while the terms pure waterjet and water-only cutting refer to waterjet cutting without the use of added abrasives, often used for softer materials such as wood or rubber.

SEWING MACHINES1.Over edging machine• Companies call it

“small machine”

• It finishes the raw edges of the pattern for construction

2.High speed lokstitch sewing machine•This is

sometimes called “Straight Stitching machine”or industrial sewing machine.

•It has automatic lubrication and used by tailors and dressmakers

3.Double needle machine

This is used for construction of the different kinds of the different kinds of clothing especially for the inseam, outseam and side seam.

4.BARTACKING MACHINE

Bar tack is a series of hand or machine made stitches used for reinforcing areas of stress on a garment, such as pocket openings, bottom of a fly opening or buttonholes.

It consists of a series of close-set zig-zag stitches (machine) or whip stitches (hand), usually 1/16"-1/8" in width and 1/4"-3/8" in length.

Indenim jeans, it is often in a contrasting color, such as orange or white.

Permits tubular fabric spreading directly from the pallet.

High productivity.Reduction of inventory losses and loading times.

Realtime tension control.Microprocessor controlled.Available up to 500 kg.
