Life Reflections
Cassandra Renea Clyde Mrs. Cassandra Renea Clyde, known as “Sandy Clyde” or “Clyde,” went to her eternal rest on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Atrium Healthcare of Charlotte. She was born September 10, 1963 in New York to the late Dianne Parker Clyde and Thomas McKinnley Clyde.
Cassandra attended Burn High School. Cassandra loved the Lord and going to church. She was a member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church where she served on the kitchen committee, hospitality committee and sang on the choir.
Cassandra was a loving woman with a great spirit. She was always making others laugh and helping others. Everybody loved “Sandy!” Cassandra had the prettiest brown eyes, deep dimples, and a smile that could melt your heart. She loved her family and she was the best Grandma ever. She enjoyed cooking and feeding others.
Cassandra was preceded in death by her mother Dianne Parker Clyde.
Left to cherish fond memories are: her daughters; Testniy Clyde of Gaffney, South Carolina, Tanya Roberts of Shelby, North Carolina, Breanna Eskridge of Columbia, South Carolina, four grandchildren; Marquese Clyde, Mariah Clyde, Na’kerus Clyde and Omarion Clyde, four great-grandchildren; Draylen Clyde, Zayden Clyde, Omarion Clyde, Jr., Aiden Clyde, her father; Thomas McKinnley Clyde, two sisters; Patreca Hayes, Regina Clyde, one brother; Thomas Clyde, Jr., two special friends; Jackie Smith and John Lee whom she loved dearly and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
