2 Select the User Email Preferences Form part type.

3 Enter a part name and additional part information.

4 Click Next.

5 Under Constituent attribute options, select the Include checkbox for the attribute.

6 If applicable, enter a caption.

7 Enter additional part information.

8 Click Save.

Steps to Create a Newsletter Using an Email Template

1 On the Email menu, click Templates.

2 Select the eNewsletter Template, and then click the copy button under Action.

3 Enter the properties for the newsletter.

4 Click Save.

5 Design your newsletter and enter content.

6 Enter the message information.

7 Send a test email.

8 Send a final email.
