This project is about supporting Egypt in achieving Decent Work and Economic Growth, which is one of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (Goal #8). Tourism is a key contributor to Egypt’s economy due to the country’s rich culture and history, as well as diverse attractive sites and cities. Through your efforts, we aim to promote Egypt’s local culture and improve its tourism rates over the next years.

You will get the opportunity to travel around Egypt, visiting different cities. As you travel around, you will document your whole experience. Through the pictures you take, videos you shoot, and blogs you write, you’ll get the opportunity to the show the whole world Egypt through your eyes and help improve the country’s tourism rates. The project duration is 6 weeks. ● You will visit 12 attractive touristic sites and cities. (Cairo & Giza - Alexandria - Luxor - Aswan – Sharm El-sheikh- Portsaid - oasis – moses springs – Fayoum – Ras El-bar – Damietta) ● You will write blogs, take photos, shoot videos & manage our social media campaigns to showcase Egypt to the whole world. ● You will assist in creating a social media buzz on different social media channels through the following hashtags (#AIESECinEgypt and #ExploreEgypt) and through our blog. ● You will participate in events organized by AIESEC. ● You will be required to submit a brief report outlining your experience at the end of your internship.

General details -Project duration is 6 weeks. 1st wave starts in June 1st, 2016 2nd wave starts in July 15th, 2016 -The fees you have to pay is 500 USD coveres : 1-Accommodation in all the places you’ll visit (hotels-hotels-apartments). 2-Transportation to and from all the places you’ll visit. 3-Food in Sharm El-sheikh, Luxor, Aswan and Fayoum. -Airport pick up is provided.
