experiences between orthoprothesists at national and regional levels;
2. Lack of continuing education of professionals;
3. Difficulty of access to information for professionals;
4. Lack of professional recognition by the various public health authorities of the majoritry of the african countries.
For several years: involvement of many international organizations in the offer of rehabilitation services which remain insufficient in regards to the expectations of the persons with disabilities
