PARTICIPATION RULES
SCOPE OF THE EXHIBITIONLuanda International Fair
EXHIBITION DATES july 26 - 30, 2017
N.B. If for any reason attributable to the Organization, the event is cancelled, the participants are entitled to be reimbursed for all amounts paid to date. The cancellation must be communicated by the Organization in writing, up to 30 days prior to the date of the event.If the cancellation is due to external causes not attributable to the Organization, it will not be obliged to refund any amount paid or compensate the participant.
The Organization reserves the right to change the schedule without paying any kind of reimbursement.
FEESA. RegistrationUpon registration the amount of 300,00 USD should be paid. It includes:• Fees of Electric Installations until 10KW and power consumption• Company’s Name Registry by alphabetical order in the Exhibitors List of the Fair’s OfficialCatalogue, Activity Sector, Contacts, Address, Products to be Exhibited and represented Brands• Fair’s Official Catalogue• Civic Liability Insurance• 10 Invitations for each module of 9 sqm of the exhibition area• Free pass cards in accordance to the table below:
Free passes are personal and not transferable
The Accreditation should be done in the Organization headquarters, (Av. Lenine, 86,Ingombota, Luanda).Does not include: Cleaning Service during the Fair.
Note: The Registration Fee is mandatory and will not be reimbursed.
B. Exhibitor-SponsorThe Exhibitor-Sponsor amount is 30 000,00 USD and covers the following compensations:• 36sqm area (4 modules without stand)• Insertion of the Company’s logo in all the communication media
- Outdoors, Posters, Information Leaflets - Print Ads- Official Site and Online Communication- Invitations, Free-Passes, Tickets, Diplomas and Participation Certificates- Signage in the Event Premises
• 250 invitations to be sent to the main clients• Possibility to promote animation target to the general public• Possibility of making special promotions directed to the main clients
Note: The Exhibitor-Sponsor amount is to be added to the registration fee.
C. Professional Visitor InvitationsThe additional invitations are only available to the exhibitor companies and can beacquired in multiple of 10 quantities.
Invitations can be acquired during the exhibition and the Organization reserves the right to constrain the number of invitations per exhibitor.Upon the accreditation, the client invited should exchange the invitation for a professional pass, which will grant full access to the exhibition premises during the fair’s period.
D. TicketsThe tickets will be on sale on the first day of the fair in the premises ticket box for 1000 Akz.
E. Technical ServicesThe requisition of technical support services should be made to the Organization uponregistration if possible.
The requisition of technical services made during the 30 days prior to the Fair’s opening will be charged with a deterioration rate of 30%.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATIONA. RegistrationRegistration Deadline july 7th, 2017
1. The area and/or services requested by the exhibitors through the registration form binds the full payment of such requisition.2. In case of cancellation, in writing and prior to 60 days minimum to the Fair’s Openingdate, the Organization may clear the due debts, except the registration fee.Should the cancellation occur 60 to 30 days before the beginning of the exhibition 30% of the total amount for their participation.The total amount indicated for the participation will be charged, if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the fair’s opening date.Note: The area and services requisitions should be sent to the Organization until 30 days prior to the Exhibition Assembly period. Inscriptions made after the registration deadline, will be charge with an increase of 10% over the list price.

ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY OF THE STANDSA. Assembly FeeThe stand building companies are subject to payment of an Assembly Fee of 15 per cent of the amount invoiced to clients by the stand building company.
B. Assembly CompaniesCompanies involved in setting-up and decoration works must previously present a setting-up credential which implies the presentation of:• Civil and Professional Liability Insurance Policy, covering all damages caused in thepremises or to a third party and possible damage due to stoppage of Eventos Arenaactivities, in the amount of 100 000,00 USD;• Insurance Policy for accidents at work;• License, Business Registration and copy of the Official Gazette with the company’sconstitution;• DAR - Updated Information on Industrial Tax.
The companies involved in the assembly of stands will have to submit for authorization the design and the assembling plan, to the organization, until the assembling starting date. The design of the stand must comply with the standard rules as to the use of the space, namely, not exceeding maximum height of 4,50m (Pav. 1 e 2) / 3m (Pav.3).
C. DepositIn case of companies’ specific stands the exhibitor is required to pay a deposit of 10% of the overall amount to Eventos Arena.

PARTICIPATION RULES
D. AccreditationThe exhibitor should inform the Organization about who will be assembling/disassembling their stand. In order to have full access to the fair’s premises, the Exhibitor should makethe accreditation in the Organization’s Headquarters: Av. Lenine, 86, Ingombota, Luanda.
E. Load/Unload/Material StorageTo move the materials around the fair’s premises, please contact the company ITS US that also provides services of storage and replacement of the materials during the fair.

F. Truck Access
Trucks are allowed to stay in the premises during 4 hours. After that period of time and if there is availability, a parking fee will be charged according to the below table.
The eventual overnight parking is to be authorized by the Organization upon a Exhibitor’s request in writing.Truck circulation is not allowed during the fair. Material circulation and replacement is to be done between 8am and 10am, by car. The vehicle cannot stay in the premises more than one hour.
G. Extension and Assembly/Disassembly PlanThe assembly/disassembly plans are to be entirely communicated to the Organization.The requisitions for assembly/disassembly schedule extension are to be solicited to theOrganization that will evaluate it case by case in accordance to the availability.The availability is to be confirmed upon prepayment of the requested hours.Extra hours will not be authorized on the night prior to the fair’s opening.

OFFICIAL CATALOGUE
A. Insertion of Exhibitors’ Data in the Fair’s Official CatalogueThe Organization disavows any responsibility for mistaken or late supply of informationthat is necessary to the Official Catalogue, that should be supplied at least 30 days before the Fair’s Opening. The Organization does not take any responsibility for late registration and consequently for the non-insertion of the Company’s data in the Official Catalogue.
B. PublicityFormat: A4 / Colour PrintGraphical Material Finishing delivery is entirely under the Exhibitor’s responsibility andshould be provided to the Organization at least 30 days before the Fair’s Opening.
CLEANING SERVICESIf the stand project is developed by the Organization, the cleaning service after the stand assembly is included in the project. The Organization bears no cleaning responsibility in regards to exhibitors stands directly assembled by them.Daily cleaning service is not included in any of the above.
AUTHORIZATION FOR SALESAccording to the Organization’s General Regulation, direct sales to the public with immediate delivery of exhibited products is forbidden. Exhibited products cannot be withdrawn during the time of the exhibition. Displayed products cannot have any reference what so ever to price.
LAST MINUTE REQUISITIONSThe Organization provides several support services to the stands assembly as well as your presence in the Fair. The Exhibitor can contact the Organization to solicit any additional service.All services requested during the assembly period will be charged with a deterioration rate of 50%.
PROGRAMME OF ACTIVITIESThe Exhibitors can promote extra activities with prior permission from the Organization. Therefore, the Exhibitors must send a written proposal to the Organization, containing a brief description, the main objectives, date and time.After approving the activity proposal, the Organization will evaluate the availability of promoting it through the Fair’s communication media.FIL premises’ Espelho de Água and the Meeting Rooms are available for rent. Audiovisual, protocol and catering services can also be provided, upon prior agreement.
PAYMENT TERMS
The Organization reserves the right of not accepting the registration if not accompanied by due payment. The requisitions of area and services should be sent to the Organization until 30 days prior to the exhibition assembly. After the deadline the Organization will evaluate the area availability and the registration will bind the payment of the total amount of the services required.

GENERAL REGULATIONS
Eventos Arena is an Angolan company, part of Grupo Arena and specializes on management and organization of fairs and events. It was founded in 2002 and it has developed into the Angolan market main reference in its business area. Its multitasking and interdisciplinary team works everyday to overcome their clients’ expectations helping them to grow.
SCOPE, DATES, DURATION AND OPENING HOURS
1. The present Regulation includes the rules that regulate the organization of Fairs and Industry Expositions, as well as other events separately presented and under their own name.Should any unforeseen event or so called “act of God” outside the responsibility orcompetence of Eventos Arena prevent an event from being held, delay its opening or force changes to be made in its Regulation, there will not be grounds for demanding an indemnity or the refund of amounts already paid.2. This regulation is complemented, for each event, by its respective specific“Participation Rules” which are by nature special as regards Eventos Arena general regulation.3. The scope, dates, duration and opening hours of the Fairs, Industry Expositions and other events are defined in a specific document to be drawn by Eventos Arena.
ADMISSION CONDITIONS
4. In Eventos Arena events, only manufacturers or producers and also theirrepresentatives, agents and/or general distributors are allowed to participate.5. Collective participations or groups of exhibitors are allowed, regardless of theirnature as long as the names of respective manufacturers or producers of the displayed goods are mentioned.6. Collective official participations organized by Countries, Chambers of Commerce, or other representing entities in accordance with the event’s objectives are also allowed, and must comply with articles 4 and 5. 7. Should any complaint be presented, by any exhibitor or by a third party, concerning facts done by a participant, and should Eventos Arena as certain that these factsconstitute violation of the present Regulation, sanctions will be applied by EventosArena, which may include closing the stand. Should the actions carried out by theexhibitor give rise to a legal, administrative, or any type of suit, and the exhibitorbe condemned regarding the same suit, Eventos Arena will carry out whatever isdetermined by the proper entity.These complaints must be presented within 24 hours maximum after the fact thatoriginated them. The exhibitor, to whom a sanction is applied by Eventos Arena, dueto failure to comply with the present regulation, will not be entitled to any indemnity.8. The exhibitor may not cede, under any circumstance, the right to occupy the stand, to promote or allow the promotion of articles or activities that do not comply withArticle 4, except given explicit written authorization by Eventos Arena.9. Failure to comply with Articles 7 and 8, as with any of the duties considered in thepresent regulation, may lead to the participation being cancelled and involve sanctions that may include closing the stand.
REGISTRATION, ACCEPTANCE OF REGISTRATION, ALLOCATION OF SPACE, LOCATION
10. Participation requests should be formalized by means of Registration Bulletins/Forms distributed by Eventos Arena, which must be completely and correctly filled out. This is a compulsory formality for participating in the event, and only the articles and the activities mentioned in the registration form can be promoted.11. Registration requests will be received until the date set by Eventos Arena, with the possibility that registrations may not be accepted hereafter.12. From the moment of registration, exhibitors (in their own name and on behalf ofthe company or companies they represent) are committed for all matters and purposes to fully comply with all the rules stated in this Regulation. Registration will only beconsidered valid and subsequently, participation confirmed when the exhibitorreceives written notice from Eventos Arena.The location of the various participations is solely determined by Eventos Arena, thus during the allocation of space, the following factors are taken into consideration:• Arrangement by activity sectors • Number of modules or area requested • Date of reception and registration of participation form by Eventos Arena services • Seniority of exhibitor • Considerations of economic or technical nature • Harmony among the various contracted spaces.
13. Should the location of a given participation be made by direct acceptance, this will be done according to conditions determined in its own regulation, to be drafted byEventos Arena, in which case what is established in the preceding article will not beapplicable.14. When determining location, Eventos Arena has the right to prorate available space among exhibitors. 15. The location allocated to the exhibitor in a certain exhibition or other event doesnot imply any commitment on the part of event to always allocate the same space in any subsequent exhibition or event.16. The fees in force for the Industry Exhibitions or other events are those found in their respective price lists. 17. A stand that involves the use of a second story incurs an additional participationcost, calculated on the basis of 50% of net area, according to the unit fee applicable to the respective space.
PARTICIPATION COSTS/CANCELLATION
18. With the delivery of the requisition of Area, the exhibitor must liquidate 50% of the estimated foreseen area cost, 50% of the registration tax and 50% of the contractedservices. The remaining 50%, or unexpended balance, will have to be paid until thedeadline indicated in Eventos Arena written communication addressed to the exhibitor confirming the participation.19. Costs concerning Standard Stand and other Technical Services requested (power,telephone and fax, water and sewage, etc.) will be subject to an initial payment of50% of their amount, the remaining to be paid before the exhibition begins. Certainexpenses (i.e. telephone calls) can be presented to the exhibitor for payment after the exhibition is over.20. Payment of the registration fee will grant each exhibitor a free parking space inthe fair’s parking lot during the period of assembly and disassembly, as well as for the duration of the exhibition.21. Payment of charges concerning special stands is subject to particular rules, which will be a part of their estimate. 22. Should the payment notices issued by Eventos Arena give rise to any complaint, the exhibitor must file the complaint within seven work days from the date of reception of the notices.23. Should exhibitors cancel their registration and regardless if the space issubsequently occupied or not, an amount equivalent to the initial payment mentioned in Article 18 must be paid, whenever cancellation occurs up to 60 calendar days before the beginning of the setting-up period of the exhibition (or other event).Should the cancellation occur 60 to 30 days before the beginning of the exhibition50% of the total amount for their participation. The total amount indicated for theirparticipation, if cancellation occurs after that date.
EXHIBITED PRODUCTS
24. The presentation and distribution of products prejudicial to other exhibitorsor visitors, that deteriorate the pavement and/or existing constructions is strictlyforbidden.25. Displayed products cannot have any reference what so ever to price, except inspecific cases and only with explicit written authorization from Eventos Arena.26. Exhibited products cannot be withdrawn during the time of the exhibition, save in exceptional cases, which must always have explicit written authorization from Eventos Arena.27. Exhibitors may accept orders or make contracts concerning their production,but direct sales to the public with immediate delivery of exhibited products isforbidden. Only with explicit written authorization from Eventos Arena can thisnorm be altered.28. Special authorization from Eventos Arena is required for products whoseweight exceeds 2.000 kg/m2 (if goods are to be displayed on the ground floor ofthe pavilions), or over 200 kg/m2 (should they be intended for the first story of astand).
ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY
29. The stand building companies are subject to payment of an Assembly Fee of 15 per cent of the amount invoiced to clients by the stand building company.30. Setting-up and decoration of stands can only take place with the presentation ofthe setting-up credential and the setting-up entry cards obtained in the Eventos Arena Office and the Exhibitors’ Assistance Office.

GENERAL REGULATIONS
31. Companies involved in setting-up and decoration works must previously present a setting-up credential which implies the presentation of:• Civil and Professional Liability Insurance Policy, covering all damages caused in thepremises or to a third party and possible damage due to stoppage of Eventos Arenaactivities, in the amount of 100 000,00 USD;• Insurance Policy for accidents at work;• License, Business Registration and copy of the Official Gazette with the company’sconstitution;• DAR - Updated Information on Industrial Tax.32. The companies involved in the assembly of stands will have to submit for authorization the design and the assembling plan, to the organization, until the assembling starting date. The design of the stand must comply with the standard rules as to the use of the space,namely, not exceeding maximum height of 4,50 meters (Hall 1 e 2) / 3 meters (Hall 3).33. Should there be a breach of regulation concerning setting-up and decoration of the stands and/or a breach of technical nature, Eventos Arena considers itself authorized to carry out the necessary procedures to correct it, which may involve closing the stand. The costs resulting from this corrective action will be charged to the exhibitor.34. Eventos Arena reserves the right to place general indication panels or any elements that may improve the exhibition wherever it pleases. The exhibitors cannot remove or cover these indicators.35. The setting-up and decoration of the stands must be completed by the dateindicated by Eventos Arena before the beginning of the exhibition. If this norm is not complied with, the stand will not open.36. Eventos Arena will determine the opening and closing times for setting-up anddismantling periods. Work beyond these established times requires explicit writtenauthorization from Eventos Arena, and involves payment of an overtime fee. 37. Eventos Arena bears no responsibility in regards to the construction of stands and premises that are made directly by exhibitors38. Inside the pavilions it is strictly forbidden to load and unload material for theassembly of stands and displays in the longitudinal and cross-section corridors ofthe pavilions located in the alignment of the outer gates, so as not to obstruct thecirculation of forklifts, hydraulic lifts, wheelbarrows and other equipment. Access in the terms mentioned will be allowed when this is proved to be the only means of accessto the stand.
STAND SIZE AND LAYOUT, TECHNICAL RULES
39. The basic characteristics of space used are: a typical modulation of 9m2 (3.00 x3.00 m). Each stand may occupy a module or multiples thereof. Other modalities ofparticipation are possible, according to special conditions to be agreed upon. Spaces to be allocated possess neither a platform nor partitions.40. During setting-up and decoration of their stands, exhibitors must comply with the following rules:• Stands cannot exceed a height of 4,50 meters (Hall 1 e 2) / 3 meters (Hall 3).• Higher requests should be subject to an assessment by the technical area with a 20-day minimal notice prior the date set for the beginning of the setting/up, and mustenclose the plots, sketches and notes duly scaled. • Assembly of stands that include the construction or a second floor must have explicit authorization from Eventos Arena. • The usable area of the second floor as well as the decorative elements that measure over 3 min height must stand back from the perimeter of the stand at least 1.5 m• Electric installation in the stands is the responsibility of each exhibitor, and must abide by the “General Safety Regulation of Low-Voltage Electric Installations”. It must possess general break switches of the differential type and a safety ground network. This work must be done by a professional duly accredited. • The Fair’s installations must be scrupulously respected, namely fire hydrants,extinguishers, loudspeakers, general indicators, television circuits, and fire detectors.41. In case of companies’ specific stands the exhibitor is required to pay a depositof 20% of the overall amount to Eventos Arena, which can be made through bankguarantee that will be called in case of breach of Article 35 and/or for damage coverage as referred in Article 31 of this Regulation.42. In our fairground only fire resistant carpet, reference M3, can be utilized.43. The on-site building of stands in the whole area of exhibition of fair is strictlyforbidden, as well as the use of cutting machines, welding machines, sanders and spray guns. Stands must be devised and prepared so that their construction can be obtained solely by assembling the elements that constitute them.44. Available electrical power to be used is 220/400 Volts / 50 cycles.45. All electrical installations will be subject to inspection by Eventos Arena servicessince any connections to the main system can only be made by them. Eventos Arena will not be held responsible for connecting any apparatus to the main system thatdoes not correspond to the information provided, and the exhibitors must name theperson responsible for the stand’s electric installation project. Damage caused to themain system or to the specific point by these connections is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
46. Requests for electricity and telecommunications must be mentioned in theRegistration forms. It is crucial that the voltage of the power to be installed in thestands also be inscribed in the above- mentioned forms. It may be impossible to accept subsequent requests. If they are not mentioned in the Registration Form they mustbe requested at least 20 calendar days prior to the beginning date set for setting-up.Whenever a third party does all the above-mentioned work, they must be supervised by Eventos Arena services.47. Eventos Arena is responsible for the overall maintenance of the exhibition area and aisles.48. Stand cleaning / maintenance is the responsible of the exhibitor, whether it berequesting the services of Eventos Arena, or by other mean, in which case the entrance to the premises will require a previous authorized credential. This service can only be carried out (maximum) 1 hour to the opening of the exhibition.49. Disassembly of the stands and removal of material cannot begin before the timeofficially set for closing the exhibition, except for special authorization granted byEventos Arena for this purpose.50. Disassembly of stands and removal of the exhibited material must be concludedwithin the times set by Eventos Arena services. Failure to comply with this deadlineauthorizes Eventos Arena to remove the material and do with it as it sees fit, in which case Eventos Arena cannot be held accountable for possible damage caused. This also implies that all costs resulting from the measures taken to remove these materials will be charged to the Exhibitor.51. In order to remove any material from the stands, exhibitors must obtain anauthorized exit note, carefully filled out and stamped by the Cashier’s Office asproof that payment was made pertaining to any all amounts due concerning theirparticipation in the exhibition.52. The premises must be handed over to Eventos Arena in the same condition as they were made available to the exhibitors, and all costs required to make them so are the responsibility of exhibitors. Repair of occasional damage caused by carelessness orrequirements of stand assembly, as well as costs derived from such assembly, are the sole responsibility of exhibitors.53. Exhibitors are responsible for all the damage or harm caused by their structures,equipment, displayed articles or activities in their stand, as well as any actions of thesubcontracted firms, that may bring harm to visitors and other exhibitors.54. Any suspension from the pavilion structure (walls or any other structural elements) requires authorization from Eventos Arena and can only be made by Eventos Arenaconcessionaires, as well as being subject to the price lists in effect at the time. Requests must be made 20 (calendar) days prior to the date set for the opening of the exhibition, and must enclose the suspension project and the weight to be suspended, so that its feasibility can be verified by technical department.55. Using the walls of the pavilions to suspend or hang any exhibited pieces, decorative or construction items is strictly forbidden except with explicit authorization fromEventos Arena.
CUSTOMS OPERATIONS/OFFICIAL TRANSPORTER
56. As regards to all matters concerning customs operations, product transportationand their conveyance within the premises, exhibitors must contact their forwardingagent.
FREE ACESS CARDS/INVITATION FORMS
57. Entrance and circulation in Fair’s premises is allowed solely by the visible use of an access card issued by the Exhibitor’s Assistance Office, stating the number of the stand of the exhibitor in charge of its use and stating the user’s name.Assembly and disassembly cards: in the Registration form, exhibitors must requestenough cards for the staff in charge of assembling and disassembling their stands.Whenever users are in fair’s premises, they are obliged to wear this card visibly.Free access for the exhibitor: these are meant personnel who are present in the stands during the exhibition. Exhibitors are entitled to request a number of cards proportional to the area they occupy.• 6 free access cards up to 3 modules (9 sqm). • For each additional module (9 sqm), the number of access cards will be one for each additional module.58. Any additional passes, other than the specific number the exhibitor is entitled toaccording to the occupied area, must be requested to Eventos Arena Management and incur payment equivalent to the price of a ticket of a professional visitor ticket to the respective exhibition. These cards are nominal and non-transferable, under penalty of confiscation, so that their visible use is obligatory whenever staff enters the exhibition’s premises.

GENERAL REGULATIONS
59. Invitation tickets: Exhibitors who wish to invite clients to visit their stand may use Invitation Tickets issued for this purpose, which must be requested in the Registration form.60. In exhibitions for professional visitors only and other such events, access willbe granted exclusively to professional trade visitors duly identified with either aprofessional trade visitor invitation or by means of the purchase of a professional trade visitor ticket. Members of press, after being accredited, and anyone bearing inaugural invitations or specific VIP badges previously issued by Eventos Arena have access to all exhibitions, and may visit them at any given time within the specific hours each event takes place.
INSURANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
61. Eventos Arena ensures general surveillance services during the assembly anddisassembly, as well as the duration of the exhibitions and other events. Exhibitorsmust ensure safe keeping of their products in the times stated above, and possess aspecific insurance policy made up specifically for their participation in the exhibition, which should cover all situations of robbery and theft. Exhibitors are forbidden to allow their staff to remain in the stand after the daily closing times of the exhibition, save for exceptional cases, where the presentation of written consent from Eventos Arena isrequired.62. Eventos Arena will be in charge of the following insurance contracts:An insurance policy that will cover fire, lightning, explosion or flooding hazards,covering only the exhibited products and/or items that are part of the list submitted by the exhibitor up to the day he entered Fair’s premises; A civil liability insurance derived from material or bodily damage suffered by accredited exhibitors or by visitors; A civil liability insurance derived from damage caused to Eventos Arena and to the Fair by the exhibitors.63. Article 31 of this General Regulation, concerns the Firms of assembling anddecoration services.
OFFICIAL CATALOGUE
64. Eventos Arena is responsible for making available the Official Catalogue for eachExhibition.65. Eventos Arena disavows any responsibility for mistaken or late supply of information that is necessary to the Official Catalogue.66. The Catalogue may be used for printed advertising, which will be subject to aspecific contract, where their conditions of the editor’s responsibility will be recorded.
OBLIGATIONS AND SANCTIONS
67. Stands must be open during the exhibition’s schedule, and the presence of arepresentative of the exhibitor must be ensured at all times.68. No kind of advertising (static or dynamic) is allowed outside the specific area of the stand itself, nor in any other area of Fair’s premises, except in the areas deemed by the Organization, and in accordance with the respective price charts.69. The following is strictly forbidden to all exhibitors, and contempt of this policy will lead to sanctions, which may involve closing of the stand:• Corporate advertising• Advertising that makes a direct comparison with third party articles and/or products, whether he/she is an exhibitor or not. • Distribution of flyers and/or promotion material outside their stands, save with official written authorization from Eventos Arena• All advertising which may in any way harm or bother exhibitors or visitors;• Signs or objects that exceed that the stand size• Distribution of balloons filled with a gas that is lighter than air • Promotion of products other than those on display and/or in another industrial and/or business activity other than the exhibitor’s.70. The following must be subject to specific written authorization from Eventos Arena:• Organization of tests or contests.• Installation of audio equipment in the stands, which in any case must not exceed 60 Db.71. Whenever it sees fit, Eventos Arena will organize or authorize collective visits to the exposition (or other events), which will be carried out under its responsibility. 72. None of the products or equipment on display can be reproduced, drawn orphotographed without written authorization from their exhibitors. Except for theExhibition’s official photographer, the entity authorized by the exhibitor will only beable to operate when duly accredited by Eventos Arena competent services, witha minimum prior notice of 48 hours before the date set for the inauguration of themanifestation in question.
73. Eventos Arena may have the articles on display in the stands reproduced,photographed, or filmed, and it may use their reproductions for purposes exclusively connected with its activity, namely the production of promotional material.74. Photographs or films of the stands outside opening hours require explicit writtenauthorization from Eventos Arena.75. Exhibitors may use the Auditoriums of the Fair’s Congress Centre for the duration of the exhibition, as long as the events are duly presented to and approved of by Eventos Arena, by a payment according to the Price Table.76. In regards to the protection of industrial property, the clauses of the legislationin effect at the time are applicable, regardless of what comes to be included in therespective Registration Forms.77. Exhibitors are unequivocally committed to respecting all the rules contained inthe present Eventos Arena General Regulation, as expressed in a formal statement included in the Registration Form.78. In case of disagreement as to the interpretation or implementation of the present regulation and other documents that may complement it, as well as facts concerning the participation of exhibitors in exhibitions or events organized by Eventos Arena, all parties determine the Court of Luanda to be competent, hereby explicitly renouncing all others.79. If for any reason attributable to the Organization, the event is cancelled, theparticipants are entitled to be reimbursed for all amounts paid to date. The cancellation must be communicated by the Organization in writing, up to 30 days prior to the date of the event.If the cancellation occurs due to external reasons, non attributable to the Organization, it will not be obliged to refund any amount paid or compensate the participant. Weconsider as causes non attributable to the Organization, the cancellation or temporary suspension, definitive and total or partial of the event, due to events of force majeure besides the usual definitions, others with origin in third parties such as strikes,interruptions in the supplies of water or electricity, violent disturbances, acts of war,pandemics and any other severe cause that cannot reasonably be attributed to theOrganization. The Organization reserves the right to change the schedules, withoutany compensation.
